Set of metal rods for locking the tipper to the crown, the crown to the brim and the tipper to the brim. This makes the hatter and milliner's work easier. The hat blocks slot into the rods.
You can glue the rods in place or simply fit them in only when you use the block.

- length 25mm (2.5cm)
