Development and prototyping: shaping the volume, finding the right block, selecting materials and making painstaking adjustments. This creative work is a constant dialogue between you and our design studio, a shared search for the perfect line.
Quantities & minimum order
We grow with you. Because we believe in emerging creativity, we impose no minimum order. Whether it is a micro-capsule of a few pieces to test a market or a full seasonal collection, every hat receives the same care.
Our relationship rests on goodwill and transparency. For small runs, our pricing is clear and holds no surprises: a set-up surcharge is announced from the outset. No hidden costs, no ambiguity.

Materials
Lovers of fine materials, as a wholesaler we hold a standing and precious stock: wool felts, rabbit fur felts, natural and synthetic straws. You can choose straight from our catalogue, which simplifies and speeds up production.
Do you have your own signature fabric or a carefully sourced straw? Our workshop will gladly work with it. Every material entrusted to us undergoes rigorous shaping tests to guarantee impeccable drape and hold. No surprises on delivery.
