Dome Fascinator Block

The Block:

Varnished hat block in a dome fascinator version. The fascinator is perfectly circular. The top is domed and the edge is angular. This fascinator is particularly suited to making ceremonial hats in sisal. You can add a brim to create a wide ceremonial hat.

Under the block you will find 2 holes, which allow it to be held on a brim during moulding.

- brim diameter: 16cm (6.3")

- fascinator height: 5cm (1.9")

All blocks are varnished (3 coats).

The holes of all blocks (brim, crown and fascinator) sold by Mercerie de l'Atelier are standardised (3.5cm for the central hole and 2.5cm for the outer holes)

Wood origin:

The wood is of French origin, sourced from a sawmill less than 70 km from the workshop. We favour short supply chains.
The blocks are manufactured in Tergnier, in the workshop of labs10 with 100% French lime wood.
