Natural Raffia Capeline - Brim with Fringes

Raffia body, used for making a hat using traditional millinery techniques. This is of course a capeline, a raw material that needs to be blocked or shaped, and not a finished hat. Raffia can be blocked on a hat block or shaped freehand.

Made from sisal plant fibre.
